Do sold out products get restocked and can I get notified?
Unfortunately we do not restock kits and sold out stamps get restocked on an individual basis. Please sign up for the newsletter in order to get news on when items are back in the shop.

How long does it take my order to ship?
All orders are shipped on Monday and Thursday of each week through USPS. You'll receive a tracking notice sent to the email address associated with your PayPal address when your item ships.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do! When you go to check out you'll have the option to select your country from the list.

I placed an order but haven't received it, can you help?
Please contact us if you haven't received tracking notice and it has been over a week since you've placed your order. Packages that have been shipped with a tracking notice but have not been delivered are not considered lost until 30 days for domestic orders and 45 days for International orders have passed. Please contact us after that time period and we will work to replace the items.

I placed two separate orders, can you combine the shipping?
We will do our best to combine orders but can't guarantee they orders placed separately can be shipped together. Please add a note when checking out with your second order and if we're able to combine them, we will process a refund for the extra shipping charge.

What is your return policy?
Unless the product is defective, all sales are final.

Can I open a wholesale account?
We sell the Kelly Purkey products for wholesale on a very limited basis. Please send a note using the contact form for more information.
